like since I watched that movie everything kind of makes sense. I would try to eat a lot of starchy foods to try and be cheap but also feel full. But there were times where it felt like it wasn’t enough! (plus it makes sense since I feel really lethargic right now and it’s because I have been eating so much starch and carbs, which is essentially making me gain weight)
Man I’m almost done watching this Fat Head movie. It’s made me look into somethings and realize the reasons I’ve been fat all my life and been so lethargic (and have have blood sugar problems) is because I eat WAY TOO MANY carbs and not enough of what I need to eat.
